The Lawyer’s Office Vovsík, Rösch, Kocina & Partners has enjoyed its stable, serious and reliable presence in the Czech market of legal services for already more than 15 years. The founders and regular partners of the Office build on more than 20-years’ legal practice in legal profession, as well as rich experience of life.
The firm has gained a wide range of experience and knowledge in many aspects of common social matters, e.g. in state and municipal property privatization, enterprise restructuring in various industries, in foundations, transformations, mergers and liquidations of different companies and enterprises, in complicated asset transfers and transactions, etc.
The Lawyer’s Office provides qualified legal counselling services of quite a wide scope and high professional standard to a number of foreign and Czech clients, legal entities and individuals, especially in commercial (including the issues of business companies and public tenders), civil, family, labour, administrative, fiscal, criminal, constitutional, and other laws.
The firm makes use of the services of many first-class, renowned counsels for the defence who can offer rich experience in complicated cases of defence in the criminal law.
Some of the lawyers and assistants are fluent in one or two foreign languages, mostly English, German and Russian.
The firm cooperates effectively with accounting and tax advisers, consultants and auditors; when dealing with complicated cases, the firm outsources services from related professions (such as notaries public, experts appointed by the court, appraisers, designers, psychologists, psychiatrists, etc.), with which it cooperates effectively in a number cases.
The Lawyer’s Office has contracted experienced executors to recover the receivables and other claims of clients more quickly and effectively.
Three of the Office lawyers are entered in the list of arbitrators for the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic.
Some of the Office members also work as receivers in bankruptcy proceedings.
The firm has gained valuable experience and information in implementing the Public Auction Act; some of the members of the Lawyer’s Office act as auctioneers in public auctions.
Some of the partners of the Lawyer’s Office are lecturers in some legal subjects at the Faculty of Law in Plzeň or members of university scientific councils, contribute to professional magazines, and are the prominent members of the important bodies of the Czech Bar Association. Some were members of local or municipal councils or are still active, e.g. in the Legal Commission of the Council of the City of Plzeň.
